As a student at TU Delft Delft, there are several ways you can send a print job and print on any Canon printer. The fastest way is to upload a file in the TU Delft Print Portal. You do not need to install Anything for this.
Step 1: Send a print job
- Go to print.tudelft.nl
- Login with your NETID.
- Click on [PRINT] in the menu and upload your file.

Step 2: Ensure you have sufficient print credit
To print your job on a printer you need print credit. You can buy print credit in the TU Delft Print Portal and the Campus Print app. Here you can also check the balance of your print credit.

Please note: If you buy print credit, your new balance is usually visible within minutes. But it can take longer, up to half an hour.
Step 3: Log in to a Canon printer
You can log in with the campus card, the Campus Print app on your phone or with a temporary PIN.

IMPORTANT!
The default language of the printers is English. If you want to change this to Dutch, click at the bottom of the login screen. Always change the language BEFORE logging in to the printer. If you do this while printing the job, the printer will freeze.
Step 4: Print out your print job
- To log in for the first time, you must connect your campus card to your account once.
- After the card is registered, place the campus card on the card reader until you hear a beep.
- After logging in, you will see the Home screen. Tap [Secure Print].
- Tap the file(s) you want to print. Tap [Refresh] if your job is not yet visible.
- You can change the print settings per file through [Options].
- Tap Print + Delete].
- Tap [Log Out] or place your card on the card reader.
